To think this looks positive?

I had covid two months ago. Had negative lfts in between. Started feeling the same way I did last time so did an lft. It's a bit funny looking but I think there's a line? I'm now out of lfts so can't take another.

Have to post link as not been a member for long enough. Sorry.

I'd say probably not but order some more or get a PCR just in case.

lillyrabbit · 16/03/2022 14:57

did the line appear within the timeline recommended by the test? I've had a very faint line like this appear after the 30 minute window (I forgot to check it!), a second test was negative

Northernsoullover · 16/03/2022 15:06

If you feel off I would sat that's positive

drawingpad · 16/03/2022 15:14

There is a definite line there but how long after taking the test do it come up?

nomannocry · 16/03/2022 15:16

It came up within 20 ish minutes?

I had a line identical to that yesterday that came up around the 30 minute point (I have symptoms). This morning I had a strong positive after 2 mins 😫

nomannocry · 16/03/2022 15:58

Is it even possible to get covid literally 2 months after having it?

Lots of people are getting it again soon after. My cousin had just 5 weeks between hers

Okbutnotgreat · 16/03/2022 16:16

The latest lot of lfts I got have a 15 minute wait so 20mins would be over the time, could yours be the same?

nomannocry · 16/03/2022 16:17

Oh just checked

Looks positive to me, sorry. Hope you aren’t too unwell OP.

TypicaIMe · 16/03/2022 16:30

Positive, sorry.

I tested positive late January (albeit faintly, and was only very mildly ill for a couple of days) and tested positive again on Saturday. Quadruple vaccinated, much worse this time around than last (it's my fifth time with Covid and almost on a par with my first time, unvaxxed).

WeAreTheHeroes · 16/03/2022 16:33

I think with a 15 min result LFT you disregard a line that shows after 30 mins. It's very faint, but definitely there. Positive but you're currently not very infectious.

MissMaple82 · 16/03/2022 16:58

It's positive even if it's the faintest line

nomannocry · 16/03/2022 19:59

New one is negative. Hmmm

We've just had Covid. My DD's first one was a faint line, then it took two days of negatives to come back strong positives. She's been quite ill with it and needed antibiotics.
