On day 3, symptoms are mild- what to expect ?

I'm on day 3 or maximum 4. Started off headache, muscle aches, slight sore throat- tired and breathless when moving around. But I am also heavily pregnant.

Now I feel much more energy, but just bunged up.

Not even needing any paracetamol.

Should it stay like this or will it get worse ?

Tripple vaccinated.

Let’s hope so. Unfortunately for me I’ve had every single symptom going, but I’m day 5 and feeling so much better.

How ill did you feel on the other days OP? I'm very very heavily pregnant and on day one and I'm feeling very anxious about it all.

Theres just no way of knowing. It sounds promising. Take it easy. Don't risk overdoing it and setting yourself back.

I've only had a cough, I'm on day 4, but it's been painful! I wouldn't call your symptoms mild OP, that sounds pretty rough, considering so many people I know just had a sniffle and a headache.

Haha ! I have honestly felt so rubbish my entire pregnancy and especially entering the third trimester, that these symptoms have really been so minor for me.

I've been so exhausted and breathless anyway. With covid it was a bit worse for 1 day and now it's back to how I was feeling anyway ! Plus a stuffy nose !

I've literally forgotten what it feels like not to feel unwell. I've also been suffering from hyperemisis. Which flared up badly the first couple of days, so I was feeling extremely nauseous and vomited some as well. I didn't even mention that because that's how I feel anyway when it flares. It's calmed down now ! Hope you all feel better very very soon.

I'm on day 3 or 4. The first 2 days were more muscle aches / breathless and extreme fatigue.

Now it's a head cold.

Do you have oxymetre ? Use that to check your oxygen levels and pulse. Also, call your midwife if you haven't already.

Yes, I have one and have been checking it. My other children have covid too so looking after them as well. Your pregnancy sounds rough. It's awful feeling ill. How long have you got left?

SmudgeRolls · 16/03/2022 03:01

Not pregnant
4 jabs
Day 26 and still not back to 100%

Hope you all feel better soon :)
