I have tested positive for covid today. Lucky i don't have a major temperature or a cough yet but my main symptoms are bad headache and whole body is aching. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to help these horrendous body aches?I have been taking paracetamol but they are not really doing much !!
I managed to get the energy to have a bath, which relieved it for a bit but as soon as I got out I was aching all over again
