Faint positive then next day negative?!

Yesterday I had a faint positive, very faint but when submitted on the app it picked it up as positive. I've tested this morning it's negative what do I do?! I'm not allowed to work as I work with vulnerable adults but also been told not to get a pcr? I'd rather be at work If I don't have it.

Oh and I'm symptom free

Speak to your work about their policy. My friend is a carer and I think their work say 5 isolation days with negative lateral flows on days 5 and 6 before returning to work.

Likely you've caught the end. So test again in 24 hours after you last tested. 2 negatives in a row and you're free.

When you submit the form for the lft it scans the test itself.

That's weird, mine didn't, it just scans the QR code and then I had to enter positive or negative. Makes sense for it to do so though.
