Hi all
I can’t go back to work before my 10 days is up without two negative LFTs. This is today’s. I am assuming I will miss Monday at work but wondering what the chances are it will be negative by Tuesday so I can go in Wednesday?
Thanks

You never know. That was like mine in day 1, very obviously positive. I then felt crap and was still in bed on day 5 when I tested again, and I was negative (next day too).

Mine was like that on day nine, my first negative was on day 11. Just as well for me as covid decided to have one last bash of symptoms on day 10 with sneezing and coughing (which I hadn't had before).

This was ds’s on day 6. Negative on day 8!

It can change quickly. When Dd had covid I did a test on her that wasn't really needed in day 4 and she still had a obvious line. I did another the next day on day 5 thinking that she'd almost definitely have a line, but it was negative then another negative on day 6. So don't lose hope! She may have cleared it quickly that time though cos it was the second time having covid!

My DS’s day 5 test was like that, then completely negative days 6 and 7. You may even be ok for work on Monday.
