Smell & Taste Gone 4 Months

Had Covid Oct 2021, not bad at all, but lost my taste & smell completely and it's never returned. I used to have a heightened sense of smell prior.
The last few days I can constantly smell (what reminds me of) the contents of a hoover bag! Anyone else experienced any of this? Will it all return in time?

Mine only went for 2 days but weirdly enough I had the same smell before it started to come back. A mixture of smokers clothes/hoover bag!

I had covid late September 2021 & I had no smell really until this month. Maybe like 30%. My taste wasn’t too badly effected.

This month, I’ve moved to phantom smells 🙄 toothpaste, shampoo & a few other foods smell vile. A couple of foods also taste of this vile smell. It’s a real joy 😭
