Flow flex.. anyone else had a vvv faint line?

Hi,

So there’s been an outbreak at work.. 13 colleagues off with covid to be precise! So I’m testing everyday for 7 days.

I’ve done a flow flex LFT this morning, there’s a vvv faint line. I will of course test again This evening and I have today off so no need to go out. Just asking if anyone else had this problem?
I’ll attach a pic though I can’t really see it on there!

The camera didn’t pick it up very well. I’ll retest this Evening x

Try shining a light behind it

Flow Flex can give me v v faint lines. At this stage I would not see that as a weak positive. If it was on the NHS type I would be more apprehensive.

Maybe I’m seeing things! 😂🤦‍♀️ I’ll retest this evening or tomorrow morning

Have done and saw a vvv faint line

My daughter got a really faint line in a flow flex so we straight away did another test with an NHS one and it was the same - definitely there but really faint. Told school she would be isolating and then every day after that she got definite negatives. Still not sure whether she actually had it or not

Ohh it’s crazy! I’ve had covid before and it did take a while for a strong positive. I just woke this morning feeling a bit bleugh!

I'd assume it's accurate then

My DS has had these a few times, I try and use a different brand of tests now! You can always get a PCR if not sure but I'd just repeat it with a different brand if you have one.

Looks negative to me.
Also this sounds awful as if I’m trying to gaslight you or something but sometimes when I look at them too closely for too long I start seeing a line that isn’t there.
As pp said shine a light behind it and do another test later on but it looks negative to me.

I think sometimes with flowflex you can see the strip that collects the antigens. I’ve had a couple like that which haven’t come to anything.

No offence taken I know what you mean! I wander aswell if I’m seeing Things 😂😫

ATM that looks like a negative

If that's positive then I've thrown away loads being non the wiser to the fact I have covid

My youngest had a very faint line on his first flow flex positive but it became much clearer when we tested the next day.

My first positive was flowflex and it was so faint that you’d have said negative, so I did another and swabbed throat as well as nose and it was a clear positive. Try swabbing both.

I got a v faint positive on flow flex 24hrs before the other makes I have. I think they’re more sensitive.

My line started faint but got darker on subsequent days.
