Poorly with a sore throat and feeling rubbish started a week last Saturday, did two negative tests only to test positive last Monday confirmed by PCR. I've not been too bad throughout it and am on day 3 of negative test but yesterday woke up with a horrendous sore throat / feeling hot and cold / TMI lots of green phlegm/ headache. Worse than I did after testing positive!
Today feel better in myself but still lots of phlegm, bit of a chesty cough and headache and the hot/cold.
Is this a normal after Covid thing or could I have caught something else? My DS has been poorly with throat / headache / tiredness but only for a couple of days and consistently tested negative.
I'm not sure whether to bother docs with it or ride it out!
