Faint positive on day 26. Old or new infection?

I’m testing because Id really like to be able to see my mother, but unsure what to do.

There’s a very very faint line this morning, which is similar to the LF the day before I got a strong positive. But I’ve not done a test since day 15, which was still showing a faint line. I have been a bit sinusy for a couple of days and spent 6 hours in a hot a&e last week (perfect breeding group despite the masks!).
What do you think?

What brand test was it? Flowflex seems to pick up old infection - I still test positive 2 months later on that brand but not others
