Does isolation end ON day 10 or after 10 full days?

I am currently still showing a strong positive on day 7. Day 10 would be Thursday for me. Does this mean I go back to work on Friday? Or Thursday? I'm sure this is obvious to most but I'm quite brain foggy.

Friday. But don't forget the first day of symptoms (or your positive test) is day zero.

I'm in the same position. Day 7 and still positive. The app says isolation ends 23.59 on Thursday so back to work Friday. Unless I get a negative tomorrow and Wednesday.
