I booked a 2nd jab for DS (14) for this afternoon. However, he's woken up this morning with a headache and sore throat. He's doing a LFT now but at any rate, I'd like to cancel the appointment if he's not feeling well, even if not Covid.
I can't do it though! If I go the the NHS site where I made the appointment and click "manage your appointment" I just get taken to a screen which confirms the details and says to come back tomorrow to cancel and re-book 
Phoning 119 left me going round in circles and eventually ended up with a message saying to go to the website 
Has anyone successfully managed to cancel an appointment recently? How?!
