Does anyone know how to get a proof of recovery from covid certificate?

DD had covid over Christmas and is going on a school trip to Italy in April. They accept a covid recovery certificate but I can't find out how to get one. We didn't do PCR tests so there is no official record of her having had covid.

I have found a few online places that offer antigen tests and the certificate but I don't feel comfortable they are legit and don't want her to gee turned away from her school trip.
I can get her second vac if this is a fail, but would prefer the certificate.
I asked the GP surgery but they didn't know.

Tia.

It automatically appears on the NHS app after the isolation period ends if you had a positive PCR. Doubt you can get one if you didn't do a PCR.

Second vacc is going to be your easiest option. No one is going to do you a proof of recovery without good evidence of a positive test. You can then get vaccine cert from NHS online.
