Positive LFT test logged - will it be on my medical record?

Sorry have googled this but can’t find the answer.

I had a positive LFT, logged in the system as required.

Will this show up on my medical records? I can’t seem to find the answer anywhere ( I’d like it to be on my record tbh)

Should add Ive checked my NHS app ( not the covid one) and so far it doesn’t show up.

Yes it will do. They don’t always show immediately. Mine are all there.
