Covid pass for teen

Do any of you know how I can go about getting a pass for my teen? I read that it was possible for under 16s to get a pass for travel but the NHS website doesn’t seem to be aware of this! Any guidance appreciated.

You can get apply for a letter with QR code at the moment. Access via NHS app is supposed to be from tomorrow (3rd Feb) for under 16's ... fingers crossed.

Apparently this will be available for 12-15s from 3 February so hopefully there will be some news tomorrow. As I understand it, the plan is for them to have access to the app as long as they're over 13.

If you are travelling at half term and want to do belt & braces you could also request a letter confirming vaccination status (which takes 7 days to arrive).
