DD positive. Will I get it?

DD (8) tested positive Sunday. A clear line enough but not super strong/dark. She was a bit ill Sunday and back to normal yesterday. Negative tests yesterday and today.

We're not distancing ourselves from her as I don't think that's fair on her, and I slept in her bed day 1 as she was upset/feverish. DH and I both boosted early December.

I'm (perhaps vainly) hoping that she has a low viral load which reduces the chance of her passing it on.

I know it's an impossible question to answer but I'd love to hear anecdotal experiences either way!

Mine got it last Saturday she is 6 and was also upset. I was in bed with her and sure I would get it but so far I haven’t. She didn’t get it either when I had it in August

Well my dd got it last Saturday. A week later, my older dd has tested positive [today] My ds, me and my dh dont have it.
Im wondering if we will catch it now? My youngest dd, who had it originally is still testing positive despite her being on day 7, My older daughter now is on day 1.
