Do you think DS 5 is over the worst?

DS 5 tested a very strong positive lateral flow on Tuesday and is completely asymptomatic.
Today is day 3 officially but 4 if you count when he tested positive.
I have really bad health anxiety and I've been reassured by the fact he has no symptoms not even a fever, and is running around the house like his normal self. He's not off his food (which always happens when he gets a cold) and he's eating and drinking well, playing happily and I keep checking his temperature and oxygen levels which are normal.
I just wondered if going from other peoples experiences it's likely he will continue to be like he is and sail through it or is this a chance he may well get poorly yet?
I'm so anxious I'm just looking for some stories or reassurance from others or if it's too early for me to breathe a bit easy yet.
Many thanks 😊

Both my kids were worst (which really wasn't bad at all) day 0 and 1. Very little after that.

I would think if he's not I'll now he's unlikely to become so. My ds2 was asymptomatic when he first tested positive but got symptoms the next day. So for him it was Sun: negative, Monday strong positive, Tuesday symptoms, poorly, Wed recovering
