Symptoms nowhere near as bad as they were but still has a blocked nose, nausea and coughing intermittently but never did have the continuous cough anyway.
What do we do in this situation?
It's a child who's already missed too much school
Of course things may change over the weekend but I am worried about Monday.

Just like any other illness, if child is feeling well enough to go back to school, then they can after doing the 10 days isolation, if they have a temperature, then they should continue isolating.

Once they finish their ten days then isolation stops regardless of the positive tests. The only symptom that they've stated will prolong isolation is a temperature. So as long as he is not running a temperature then he's good to go.

Thank you. I'm so relieved! Worried because the rules are just unclear to me and I don't want us to pass it on or get a fine!

How they'll get to school in the first place is another story, because dh and I are both later on in the process than DC so still have to isolate. We'll sort it. Just glad DC can finally go back and not miss anything else.
