Relapsing at the end of isolation period?

I'm at the end of day 9 now, and feeling rougher than I did in the early stages. Don't get me wrong, it's all been relatively mild (compared to getting hospitalised). Felt groggy (headache, tired, nasal congestion, sinuses etc) for the first 2-3 days, then started to lift, although never got back to feeling 100%.

I had very weak positive LFD test results on days 5 and 6, and negative on day 7. So all seemed to be going well to hopefully end isolation on day 8. But day 8 I got a strong positive on the LFD and then the headache came back. Now at the end of day 9 and I've given another strong positive LFD result and feeling worse than I did at the beginning.

So now I'm 24 hours away from end of day 10, where the rules say to stop testing and end isolation regardless. Bit worried I'm still going to be infectious then though??

We still had positives on day 9. We also still felt exhausted and had headaches after isolation ended. I know lots of people who felt awful up to at least day 14.

Well I'm now still testing positive on day 10, with a strong line. Only a small sample, but apparently 13% of people are still infectious after day 10:
