My DD has had covid and has been poorly with it but is all good now. She is still testing positive but can go back to school on weds after her 10 day isolation. Can I confirm that I am right in thinking she still goes back even if she is still testing positive?

Yes, as long as she doesn't still have a temperature.

Yes according to guidelines but you may find that school will request she stays home until negative lft in my experience

Mindymomo · 24/01/2022 16:56

Yes, no matter what LFT says, she can come out of isolation.

Yes definitely. Some people still have a line on day 10 and beyond but can still leave isolation after day 10 if no fever. Wouldn't even bother testing her after the 10 days mark to be honest. Some people get a line for weeks afterwards!
