Faint positive then three days of negative

Someone I know had a very faint positive lft so went straight into isolation. Since then they’ve been testing everyday and they’ve had negative for the past three days. Do you think it’s ok for them to mix with other people in the house for the rest of the isolation period? Thanks!

I had this but then got a positive on my day 5 test and have actually started to feel worse (am now on day 8). Although I haven't been isolating from my household and none of them have caught it (so far fingers crossed)

Hell yes
Even if you were positive
No isolating within family home here whatsoever

I had this. Then all of a sudden got a strong positive on day 4.

If they can easily isolate from others in the home then they shouldn't probably continue.
