Negative lft day 5 and 6. Back positive on day 7

Tested positive last week, had a negative lateral flow on day 5 and 6, today feel achey and headache back so tested and bright positive again on day 7? Anyone else had this? Do I continue isolating?

I would isolate until day 10 at least. I tested positive until day 12
