Negative LFT but positive PCR anybody?

Anybody tested positive on a PCR following clear symptoms but never shown positive on an LFT?

Yes same here about 10 days ago. I assumed I'd get it when rest of family did. Tested first Monday when my son was positive (before they axed needing pcrs) and was negative. Husband positive a few daysblater, then daughter 2 days after that both obvious lines on lateral flow. I tested daily and never got a positive, had a few symptoms so did a PCR test a week after the first and positive. Lateral flows taken the same day and on days after also all negative. Bit of a puzzle

Yes but no clear symptoms either
Just mild other symptoms
But clear on LFT fri , sat , sun morning had pcr sun lunchtime result back sun evening - positive

Ds also has covid but had symptoms( again not main ones) weds , thurs but clear lft weds and thursday and even tues , but had really faint line on fri LFT , that faint we nearly missed it

Yes! My partner got this after testing from Friday to Sunday. A PCR on Saturday showed positive!

DDs nursery had a big outbreak so we were testing on LFTs, then over the last couple of days we’ve had all the symptoms start up. Negative on LFT today and DH positive on PCR. Still waiting on my PCR but I’m pretty convinced I have it but makes me wonder how accurate the LFTs are.
