Breastfeeding and vaccine

Hi all, I wasn’t able to have the vaccine during my pregnancy due to the medications I was on. My baby is now 3 weeks and I wanted to book my vaccine.
I’ve been doing some research tonight and can’t find a link to the yellow card data for breastfeeding, all I can find is a summary below. I just wanted to look at the actual numbers /detail. I’ve had loads of issues establishing breastfeeding and just about got there so bit worried about the supply issue mentioned below and want to be prepared with expressing more in case this is an issue.
I also Just like to be informed and want to see the data for myself. Do any of you have a link to yellow card data? Thanks

We have received about 4,000 Yellow card reports from women breastfeeding at the time of vaccination. Most of these women reported only suspected reactions in themselves which were similar to reports for the general population, with no effects reported on their milk supply or in their breastfed children.

A small number of women have reported decreases in their milk supply, most of which were transient, or possible reactions in their breastfed child.

Sorry, I have no data and was equally frustrated with the lack of specific information around breastfeeding. Anecdotally I did have the booster a few weeks ago when my baby was around that age and didn't have any issues with supply or otherwise. She's now 2 months old, still exclusively breastfed with no issues. I know it's scary especially so early on. Good luck finding what you need.

Hi there, I also have no data to share directly but can say that I had my 2nd jab when baby was 10 days and booster when offered. Baby has been exclusively breastfed (7months old now and weaning) and still going strong with no issues with supply.
Maybe there isn't the data because it actually didn't cause too much of an issue?

Thanks @Whatshouldicallme
I really think the government/ health bodies should have addressed the issues of period changes and breastfeeding, with an official answer on why these things could be happening. Not just ‘have the vaccine’. I and others shouldn’t have to be researching ourselves.
It feels like the period issues was swept under the carpet, for example. It’s much better to address these things and that removes any worries and would help encourage people. I’ve read period changes could be caused by inflammation in the body and a couple of other vaccines seem to cause the same issue, but that was me digging for information. This should all be in the FAQs on NHS and other sites.
No point summarising issues but then not addressing why they might be happening
I find it pretty frustrating
I hope someone can come on here and has the link to this information

Here's a link to the latest data

@Whyevencare thanks , I’ve already reviewed that page before and it’s where the quote in my op is from.
I was looking for the data behind the ‘summaries’ the actual number of cases ( and detail around them)
