8 yr old with covid and ear pain

8 yr old ds keeps waking up with ear pain. Seems to be very sensitive to all noises. Tested positive this morning and other covid symptoms seem to abate with calpol (fever/ shakes) but the ear pain is still v bad. Has anyone else had this? Is it just a sinus issue is there anything I can do to help him?

She could have an ear infection as well. I would call the doctor.

My 6 year old had earache with covid but she always seems to get earache whenever she gets any kind of cold etc. I would call dr/111 if it's bad.
