Tested positive Wednesday Evening with bad headache and a mild cough and fever. Yesterday a mild cough, tired, fever and pain left lower back. Today I feel a bit worse. Head coldy, sinus pain, slight wheeze, nausea..... I'm hoping it doesn't get worse than this.

Mine didn’t. It culminated in a slightly ‘I feel a bit tired’, but the horror of not being able to leave the house probably contributed to that. I’ve had worse colds.
My sense of smell appears to have permanently changed through.

Hope you have a smooth ride.

my son age 9 has it and seems to be going through a better / worse / better / worse dynamic. I assume it's part and parcel. We are on day 4.

@Lovingmylife how are u today ? I'm day 4 and woke up coughing up white phlegm sats are still good 99 but worried I may be getting a chest infection

Lovingmylife · 15/01/2022 10:36

A paramedic I know told me that most people are ending up with a chest infection. So keep an eye on it.
I feel terrible - really nauseous with bad tummy, teeth pain. My cold symptoms have got better though. I'm less congested. I just feel sick like I might have a vomiting bug.

Day 3 wasn’t good, day 4 thought I was better, day 5-7 was peak bad for me.
We had delta and the worst parts were sinus congestion/pain, headache, dizzy head and loss of energy (last two only started a bit later maybe day 5)
