Booster jab making me feel so unwell

Has anyone else had this I feel really unwell. I didn't have any problems with the last jab. This booster has done me. I never even take any painkillers normally and have had to max out for the last 24 hours. Is this normal?!

I had this with moderna. I had a rough time with my second moderna shot too.

I had 2x Pfizer and now a moderna booster so maybe it's just it's moderna then. Feel so unwell. I deliberately had it done yesterday and had today off. Just hoping it all wears off soon enough.

I had this with Moderna too and actually tried to post about it but gave up as I was so unwell I was writing nonsense. It's honestly the worst I've ever felt - really horrible joint pain, nausea and a constant headache as well as unpleasant dreams and feeling really depressed / emotional! Came on really quickly (three hours after the jab) and then woke up this morning (approx 36 hours later) feeling wiped out but relatively okay. I was a bit grotty after both my AZ jabs but nothing unusual so maybe it's a Moderna thing?

Yes the joints things I actually thought wow I've aged a million years overnight have thee most creaky knees going on today.

Completely knocked me out. I am on painkillers and I never take them, I can tell exactly when they're starting to run out & when I need to take the next lot though! Not ever ill feels like I've voluntarily made myself more ill than I've been for years!

you should feel fine within 24hrs or so. I felt quite weepy for a day or so after weirdly !then ok again

Moderna floored me too. Took me a full week to feel human again.

I had the Pfizer booster and was fine with it, but my first two jabs were Moderna. I was flattened with tiredness after the first one and felt horrible after the second. Hope you're feeling better soon.

48h for me high temp night sweats feeing rough. Hang in there better than another dose covid. I know people say it’s mild but kicked my ass good and proper!

I had no problems at all with Astra Zeneca vaccination. The Moderna booster was awful. It was ok on the day but the 24 hours afterwards felt like a hangover from hell (I hadn't drunk anything) and I had to be in the office.
