Anyone have symptoms and positive lft, but negative pcr

Asking for a family member. 3 members of family had covid last week and week before, youngest sibling positive on lft, but negative on pcr. She is sure she has it though as has symptoms.
Anyone else in similar situation.

@lineandsinker you need to isolate on the basis of your positive LFT you have symptoms and false positive lfts are rare, false negative PCR are more common. Report your positive lft and this will activate the legal duty to isolate you don’t need a PCR to confirm.

Thanks. T&T have been in touch to say the PCR cancels out the LFT 🤷‍♀️
Can’t get a straight answer out of 119.

Am planning to re-PCR tomorrow.
