Hello
I am currently at home covid positive and due to isolate until next Monday. I've been unwell but am getting better - still very tired though.
The worst thing about it currently is that I feel so sad
/anxious. About everything - the past, the future, things I am scared of, how much everything is going to cost this upcoming year, how my teens will do in their exams after all the endless disruptions, how they will do generally. You name it, I am worried about it.
I guess it's normal to feel down / anxious after any kind of virus and this one has the added isolation element to it.
If you have felt like this what kinds of things have helped you feel better?
