Has anyone’s kids had hot feet with covid?

11 yo tested positive for covid today. He’s feeling rough with headache and general feeling unwell and has been lying on settee all afternoon. Tonight he’s started complaining of hot feet, he’s had his socks off and has now asked me to put on the fan in his bedroom. He has asd so is not that articulate in explaining things and is difficult to ask questions to and get an answer

My brother used to get hot feet as a child when he had a fever. He always got over it!

I had this with covid, my skin was really itchy also! I slept with a cold damp cloth over my feet for a few days it saved me from clawing my skin off, maybe not practical if he is asd.
