Day 6 LFT - faint line after an hour

Did DS2's day six lateral flow this morning. Read at 20 minutes, no line. Even got my phone torch on to check thoroughly.
Just picked it up, over an hour later and there is a REALLY faint line now.

Do I treat as negative or positive?

After 30 minutes a line can develop and it’s not covid. Either do another and check at 30 or wait until tomorrow’s

Negative. It’s 20min for a reason

Over the last months of regularly testing I've had the odd one that's shown a faint line, usually more grey than pink, more than an hour after I tested. Subsequent tests haven't shown this.

Do another tomorrow and see if that one is clear in the recommended time.

Thanks all. I will do Day 7 test in the morning and pray it's negative as he's desperate to go to school on Monday! (And I'm desperate for him to go!)

Update - strong positive line on day 7 test. No early end to isolation here. 😞
