Not sure if it's early days to say Omicron or cold

Hi,

I went to work Tuesday and a colleague said I sound like heavy in my chest. I said maybe coming down with something.
I remember also making a tea and thinking I can't really taste it probably. Yesterday was really aching in my legs and thought it was my fibromyalgia. In the evening started coughing bad and had bad night woken up like got a cold. But all in my head just really blocked up.
I did two lateral flow tests both negative and have ordered PCR test.
It feels like a normal cold but got the feeling it's just the start of it cold or Omicron.
Any advice on what's happened to them with Omicron please.
Or just nasty cold

Achey legs are quite a common sign of omicron. I had this.

My covid was exactly as you explain tbh. It was like a cold and my nose was very blocked.

Hope your pcr is negative though... I took a few days to get a positive result on both lft and pcr. Dp already had covid and I had signs but didn't get a positive result for a few days...
