Comprehensive factual data regarding serious side effects after a booster vaccine? Specifically?

I have a genuine serious reason for asking and am not interested in anything other than serious data, not a fight, or debate about anything.

I have googled but most studies / journals are reporting on first and second vaccines not boosters.

No, but a friend of mine had a bad reaction. Friend has costochronditis (may have spelled it wrong), depression, palsy, autism and a muscular condition -polymyalgia (?).
They've submitted a log of their issues.
Yesterday they were at hospital on an observation ward with severe chest pains and a suspected embolism . Seems to be related to the muscle problem.

Thank you - I have checked out that site and think I need a proper clear brain to properly investigate which I don't have at the moment. I shall definitely try again in the morning after some much needed sleep.
