Does 4 year old need to isolate on return from overseas? Day 2 test

We are waiting for our day 2 test result and are in quarantine.

Does the same apply to our 4 year old who did not require a test? Or can they go to school as normal.

They are exempt from the testing but have to follow the rules of the adults so I wouldn't send the child until you have your negative PCR test results.
