Advice on negative pcr text

Does anyone know what advice is given about self-isolating when you receive a negative text from the NHS?
My dc’s dad has sent me a screenshot, but it doesn’t say anything about omicron or not isolating if you’re double vaxxed.

It's negative? No COVID - no isolation needed?

I don’t think I explained that very well, sorry.
In the picture he sent me, it says that
You only need to self-isolate if ... someone you live with tests positive.

I thought that this wasn’t the case any more if you were double vaxxed (unless it’s omicron?)

You're right. I'm negative living with someone positive and don't have to isolate as I'm vaccinated and doing lft daily. Government website matches what test and trace told me on the phone....however their autotexts are the same as we had in August saying to isolate, maybe they've not updated to the new advice?

Where does he live?
In Scotland since omicron came along household contacts are advised to isolate for 10 days even with negative PCR and fully vaccinated
