Teenage vaccination

Does anyone know if a Grandparent can take a young teen (under 16) for their vaccine? Appointment booked (I can change if I need to) and Grandparent happy to take but not sure if they'll need parental consent.

They asked my ds for consent rather than me. I doubt it matters who takes them

My mum took my nephew, it was fine.

Yep when we took our younger ones, they asked them not us for consent.

My 15 year old went by himself and it was ok. He gave his own consent. Maybe depends where you live.

Great stuff, thank you!

As long as they are considered Gillick Competent, they can consent for themselves.
