What day after close contact did you test positive?

If you've been in close contact with a confirmed positive how long after your exposure with them did you test positive on a lateral flow of at all?
We were with a close contact for 3 hours on Monday 27th so 5 days ago now and so far are still negative on our lateral flows.
I don't want to be optimistic but so far so good right?

Day 10 😩

Friend came over on Sunday pm for a couple of hours. DD tested positive Tuesday am and friend tested positive on the Thursday. No one in our house caught it.
