those caught omicron from household member, how long after?

DH tested positive 27 - symptoms since 25th, now subsiding but still there. i have tested negative every day - is there any chance i will avoid this? anyone not caught it?

vaccinated but not boosted, although 2nd vax only 3 months ago, dh was also vaccinated.

My symptoms started on the 14th. My partner finally tested positive on the 29th. We had thought he was out of the woods, but no. Definitely from me, as we hadn't been anywhere. He is asymptomatic, so may have had it for a while before testing positive.
