So it's been a week since the new rules came in and just wondering who has tested negative day 6 and 7 and been allowed out early.

Day 5 here so hoping to hear some success stories! Meant to be working New Year's Day.

Tested positive Friday (day I showed symptoms) so far very mild.

Still positive all be it very light now so might still be ok to work Saturday.

We’ve just been through this and out the other side as 3 of us had Covid last week when the new rules came in. My daughter was positive day 7 but negative day 8 and 9 (after being sick on the day we received pcr results but absolutely fine since then).

My teenage son was eventually negative on days 7 and 8 so out on day 8 (had v mild cold for a couple of days but was completely well by then).

I had strong positives on days 6 and 7 (had it like a heavy cold and was still feeling ill those days), didn’t test day 8 as I was resigned to doing the whole 10 days. Woke up day 9 miraculously feeling nearly 100% well again and tested negative on that day and day 10 (so got out on day 10 rather than the day after at least).

Faintest line ever on day 6, clear on days 7 and 8. Feels great to be able to get some fresh air with the dog Smile
