Is this notification my pcr result please?

Hi I went for a pcr test yesterday having had a positive lateral flow test. Being lucky enough never to have had either before, please could someone tell me if this is my pcr result or a follow on to my reporting the positive lateral flow? Thank you for your help.

No it's a reminder to put the code in for your lateral flow.
I got the same and thought it was my PCR result but then got my negative PCR result thru later.
Please update to confirm tho if you don't mind!

Have they very recently changed it then? As our PCRs have never specified which kind of test they were, just said either "your coronavirus test result was positive" or "your coronavirus test result was negative"
