Covid at different times within a family - isolation clock re set each time?

DD1 got it first then 5 days later DH tested LFT and PCR positive (his day 2 PCR and LFTs all negative up to then).
DD2 and I have both been isolating since DD1 reported positive, day 7 now - does DH's positive result mean that we have to re set the clock from the date of his positive result?

I'm thinking that this could go on and on for the other if DD2 or I subsequently test positive Confused

Are you in England? If so you don’t have to isolate, just take daily LFT’s.

What country are you in? Different rules in each so that may affect what you need to do.

All that info should have been given to you by Public Health, there should be clear (!) guidelines on this. Friend had it and 10 days later her dh and dc tested positive so they were locked up again, she was OK tho.
