Scotland, no booking vaccine for 12-15 yr olds

We’re in Scotland. I spoke to the helpline yesterday to ask about second vaccines for 14 yr old DD. I was told that they can’t be booked (neither they nor myself). I have to wait for a letter to come. Is this correct? Has anyone in Scotland managed to book an appointment?

I tried to do it online, but it kept coming back to say that the system doesn’t recognise her details.

I'm sure my local health board (Lanarkshire) had a post on Facebook saying that 2nd vaccines for this age group will be the 2nd week in January onwards. Not sure how they will be booked though.

I took my 12yo today, walk in. No problem at all. Best to try and choose a quiet time, when we went, we were the only ones there😳
