Feet swelling since having the booster!

Just that really! I've been really aware of how swollen my feet feel since having the booster last week. I have no other side effects at other then a really soar arm and a massive lump which lasted about 3/4 days. It's really bothered me! Has anyone else experienced this? Also what is good to reduce swelling in feet? Paracetamol!
I've had pfizer pfizer moderna

Not to be alarmist, but I'd be ringing 111 as swelling in feet sounds a bit much and I believe is a possible symptom of myocarditis which moderna is linked to albeit rare. I had moderna and also felt awful, my arm was killing me for days. I think you should probably seek advice on the feet swelling OP. Hope you feel better soon!

That’s interesting. My DD, who has a weakness in one ankle, was unable to put that foot on the ground the day after her booster and it was swollen. Gradually getting better. Astra Zeneca x2 and then Pfizer.

Oh no that doesn't sound good!
The swelling probably isn't that noticeable to anyone else but I can feel it. I used to get really swollen feet in pregnancy so I'm SO aware of the sensation and it just makes me feel horrendous! I just don't know what to do to make them feel normal 😰

Agree that you should ring 111 for advice, they might want to check for blood clot or any heart issues. Hopefully a false alarm!

Obviously still recommend you seek medical advice, but could a cold compress and raising your legs possibly help at all.

Call 111 and in meantime, when you can, keep both feet elevated (like on a footstool) and get a bag of frozen peas or similar and apply it to feet wrapped in cloth, ten min on then ten min off, can do for as long as want. It won’t address the root problem but may make the swelling more comfortable.
