The now 7 day isolation rule - but what about kids?

So he's rule says if double vaccinated you only need isolate seven days (with negative lf x2) but what about children under 12 who obviously will be unvaccinated? Are they bound by the ten days still?

The new rule doesn’t only apply to double vaccinated, it applies to everyone regardless of vaccination status
