I wish collective Western countries would work together to enable everyone from poorer countries to have access to an initial vaccine course before continuing with their rolling booster programme. It’s just not sustainable in the long run.

That’s an oversimplification. The problem in South Africa now is not vaccine supply, but hesitancy.

How can we spread the vaccine? I kind of feel I need to have mine as its not going to go anywhere else when it's been allocated to me.
