Has anyone had spots in the throat?

I have a sore throat and although I can't see anything, what feels like tiny spots in the back of my throat.

No other symptoms and LFT negative, so no reason to get a PCR...

Are they little red dots? I had this when i had hand foot and mouth :(

I can't see anything, it just feels like a slightly raised rash

If they are white then it’s probably tonsillitis.
