I'm registered everywhere as living in Wales? Currently staying in England for the next 3/4 weeks to help my Dad. With him being elderly/ vulnerable and rates being so high here I'm getting a bit worried.

Yes.

Yes, my dh and I were staying with a family member this past weekend and there was a walk in centre nearby so we tried our luck and asked. No issue at all, we were in and out in under 10 minutes and the booster showed on our covid passes the next day :)

You can. But I've heard it's complicated people's records having vaccines in different UK countries with vaccines not being registered. Maybe they were just unlucky?
I would go, but ask them about it.

Thank you. I'll give it a go tomorrow morning then.
