Do we know what these 3 options are that ministers are considering?

Hi,

So ministers are apparently mulling over three separate options, regarding interventions and/or restrictions, but I can't see anywhere what these might actually be. Presumably one will be a full lockdown/circuit breaker, effective immediately?

Surely we have a right to know what these options are...
