I know it is happening to so many people but I’m just so sad that it looks like all our plans are off.
DD (8) had a headache last night and has positive LFT this morning. We are all going for PCR in a bit. Even if the rest of us are negative (and continue to be) we obviously can’t have guests in the house and I’d be too worried for any of us to go to elsewhere.
Sat here looking at all the wrapped presents trying to work out how to get them to people. And how to get my food order on 23rd!!
Obviously there are worse things happening but to have another Xmas buggered by covid is so sad. My DD is blaming herself which is heartbreaking and I’m almost hoping one of us is also positive so she knows it’s not ‘just’ her.
