Child tummy pains 2 months on

DD 7 is still experiencing bad tummy pains after catching COVID in October.

Has anyone else experienced this or got any advice as to how to manage? She says it’s getting worse. Took her to gp two weeks ago, but he didn’t have a clue what was wrong or what to do.

Is it her lymph glands? My dd gets tummy pains when she’s got a virus and a doctor explained it was her lymph nodes and showed me (lower stomach). So if she’s been poorly, they can rumble on for a bit. There was nothing much we could do beyond rest, plenty of water and nothing too strenuous.
