Covid in Scotland - a few questions

I have just moved to Scotland from abroad and have a few questions about Covid here! Sorry if they seem very basic but I'm feeling like I've totally missed out on getting used to how everything works and am all at sea.

  1. I got vaccinated in the EU (Pfizer in France) and have the EU vaccine passport. Is there a way I can get a Scottish Covid pass? I don't have the batch number or expiry date of the vaccines I had as they don't give them to you in France. (I'm in the process of signing up for the Covid pass app but my GP registration hasn't been confirmed yet so I can't complete the sign-up and find out if it has any options for vaccines given abroad)

  2. In light of point 1, how do I get my booster when it's time? I'm in my 30s.

  3. How can I get LFTs? Can I just walk into a pharmacy and ask - even before I'm fully registered with the GP?

Thanks so much for any advice!

Hi @ScotlandCovidQs I'd have a look at the Scottish Government website information about being vaccinated abroad, or ask at a walk in clinic.

Lateral flow kits can be collected from community pharmacies, you don't need to provide GP details. You can also order the from the UK government website to be posted out to you, but there's not always good availability at the moment
